- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded

- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or lightly grease and sprinkle with cornmeal.
2. Make White Sauce
