Description

Ingredients

  • 32 oz refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
  • 6 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • Red pepper flakes, optional
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Prepare Ingredients:
    Cut the biscuits into quarters and slice the pepperoni pieces in half.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, melted butter, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Transfer to Pan:
    Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake:
    Bake for 35-40 minutes, covering with foil for the last 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
  6. Serve:
    Once baked, carefully invert the bundt pan onto a large plate. Garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
